Ingredients:

Bonito del Norte (Thunnus alalunga) 73%, olive oil 26%, salt 1%.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: white-pinkish characteristic of the product itself

Flavour: soft tuna flavour embedded in extra virgin organic olive oil

Microbiological standards:

This is a canned good which has been sterilised following a time/temperature pattern that assures the destruction of any Cl. Botulinum spores, if present, altogether with any other thermostable spores which would cause the product deterioration.

This is a sterilised product that should no present any risks within its shelf-life period.

The tuna we use for our production is wild, with no GMO in itself. All the rest of the ingredients we use in our production are GMO free, and they are certified by their producers.

Allergen content:This product’s main ingredient is tuna, which is a fish, and an allergen in itself. The rest of the ingredients are certified to be allergen free.
