These Organic Spaghetti are made with an ancient variety of wheat known as Khorasan (Triticum Turanicum), an ancestor of modern wheat and grown in Italy since before Roman times. Khorasan, in fact, has never suffered the genetic alterations of more modern wheat varieties, often associated with intolerance problems, and today it is grown organically by our farmers who respect its life cycle, cultivating the earth with organic methods and harvesting it at the best of its nutritional values.
