Alce Nero Organic IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar is produced from concentrated and cooked organic Italian grape must, to which wine vinegar has been added.
The musts are obtained from grapes coming exclusively from selected vines. In the classification defined by the A.I.B. (Assaggiatori Italiani Balsamico, association of tasters), it obtained the “Two Leaves” category with the silver label. Moderately syrupy, it has a sweet and sour taste ideal for the preparation of salads, marinades and barbecues.
