The pioneers of organic
The Pural brand is proud to bear witness to its long history. The latter began in the early twentieth century in Arnold Roth’s bakery, influenced by the Reform movement and impregnated by its visionary principles of healthy and vegetarian food. In 1928, members of a philanthropic society based in Gland, Switzerland. Over the years, Pur Aliment has been turning its business towards the manufacture of vegetarian products, including soy products.
It was also in the 1920s that Rudolf Steiner formalized the demeter biodynamic farming method, according to principles of anthroposophy.
Quality products for everyone
The brand currently has more than 200 products, all of organic and vegetarian quality. The demeter, vegan and gluten-free labels are also on many products as a guarantee of quality.
