Wash the buckwheat and pour into a saucepan. Cover with cold salted water. Cook over a low heat for 30 min. Hulled buckwheat can be eaten as a side dish (with vegetables, meat and fish), in soup or au gratin. It is also delicious cold in salads. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
