Anchovy fillets in organic extra virgin olive oil. Anchovies caught in the traditional way and matured for 6 months in salt barrels. Jar 95g.

Fished traditionally by seine net, they are filleted by hand and left to mature in salt barrels for at least 6 months. They are then canned with organic extra virgin olive oil.

You will enjoy them just as well plain or in anchoïades on a slice of toasted bread, as in a Niçoise salad, on your homemade pizzas or integrated into a tomato sauce.
